I love the office and staff, but think there is room for improvement when it comes to educating patients up front so we don’t have to figure things out along the way. The staff are very nice and engaging, but it would have been nice to know prior to the service how much my out-of-pocket expenses would be. I had to pay a significant amount that I didn’t anticipate after the service was provided. For procedures that require multiple visits, it would also be nice to have someone explain the full lifecycle of the process so I understand how many visits it will take, how much time overall, and how much it will cost. This would be very helpful for planning. I don’t know what I don’t know about dental procedures and administrative operations, so when I’m asked if I have any questions, I don’t know what to ask.
